Brad has been doing investment consulting for over 25 years and to date have been involved in over 80 transactions both in Canada and the US. Brad focused his efforts on the China market and has traveled to China on numerous occasions to build relationships and seek out top notch companies with significant growth potential.
Brad, along with strategic partners, was co-investor on Synutra International Inc. (“SYUT”) which has been one of the most successful Chinese listed companies in recent time. In addition, Brad was instrumental in developing and bringing public such Chinese names as China Architectural Engineering, Inc. (CAEI”), Asia Time Corporation (“TYM”) and China Shenghuo Pharmaceutical Holdings )”KUN”). Brad is still under contract and is a significant investor with several of theses companies.
Brad has been involved with approximately 22 China deals in the past 10 years with a mixture of senior exchange and OTC-BB listed companies. Brad has developed many significant relationships in China government, legal business fields which have created several projects that the Company is currently working on.
